With years of experience as a professional tour guide and researcher, I, Shabani Hamisi, Director & Co-founder, have immersed myself in Tanzania’s tourism landscape. Beginning my career as a researcher for The Cultural Tourism program, I evolved into a seasoned guide, obtaining accreditation to lead American Lewis-Clark State College students in 2012. Further honing my expertise through Dorobo Tourism Company, I ventured as a freelance guide across Tanzania, fostering a deep understanding of its diverse regions and people. Inspired by this wealth of experience, I established Safari Asilia in 2018, committed to crafting authentic and unforgettable travel experiences.
